My only constructive feedback would be…when we used your services previously, we were given a pamphlet on places to contact when someone has died. Luckily I still had a copy, but families you help if the future would find it really helpful if it was still included.

We just sat down with April and did our cremation preplanning. We had looked at another funeral home in Red Deer but were not impressed with the upselling…April listened to our requests and provided exactly what we wanted. No pressure tactics. No upselling. Amy was absolutely incredible with our family as we planned our Mom's Cremations. She was very caring and compassionate. She explained the process to us and our choices. She left it up to us to make our decisions with no pressure. Our family would highly recommend Prairie Rose. From the first meeting to the time of picking up our Mom's ashes, all of their staff was incredible.

I highly recommend Prairie Rose Creamations and Funersl Services.. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Elizabeth! After checking around with a couple other funeral homes in Red Deer , I found Elizabeth to be genuine and caring. Also, the overall cost for their services was at least half of what the other funeral homes were asking.

We used Prairie Rose for my Mother last year. They kindly answered my Father’s call and all his questions late at night. They were caring, genuine, balanced, and professional. No pressure. Affordable ($1000 less than another local crematorium) and handled everything from start to finish with great care, and in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

When it was time to need the services of a funeral home, I sought out the services of Prairie Rose at their Airdrie location. During the entire experience, it was clear that Diane and her staff understood our needs and that they were there to genuinely and sincerely help us. I have worked with many funeral homes over many years as a pastor. As a person who has had much experience with funeral directors, I can tell you with all honesty that Diane is among the very best.

I was very impressed by the efficiency and attention to detail given to us in the passing of my mother earlier this year. They handled organizing everything from the service to organizing the lunch following and got me started down the road to dealing with government notifications etc. required . I handle some elderly peoples estates in Edmonton, Red Deer and Calgary and carry out their funeral wishes. From when I first contacted Prairie Rose until the services were concluded, everything was looked after professionally and in a timely manner. Except for some minor errors in paperwork would definitely recommend.

Upon losing my step father in October of 2019, I came across their ad. The person we met with was amazing. Five short months later I lost my mom at 2 in the morning. I didn't hesitate. I called them up again and once again everyone who came was amazing. A few months after that another family member passed and I recommended them. And to my knowledge the same person was sent out to help my extended family. These people have gone above and beyond for my family. I will always be grateful to them.
